from the one before. This session had so much meaning and so much history.
Last year I did Tina's daughter (Tiffany's) Wedding. I felt it then and I feel it now.
Just this amazing connection that Tina has with her families past and the way
that is comes into the sessions that I have done with this family.
I always encourage people that try to come up with a location, one that is unique
or memorable to them. Who they are now, who they used to be or even who
they might be in the future. These photos, as with every session I do, have a
meaning, a purpose. Everyone has photos done to freeze that very moment in
time, to keep and hold dear for years to come. I know that this will be so for
this session. We first went to a place that Tina's dad's family used to own. It was very
perfect for them especially since she lost her dad 5 years ago this month.
She brought along a quilt that was her grandma's which I know
was special and then finally, when we were done we went to her grandparents old
house. I know how special this was for her. She did get a little emotional but to be
honest, I was on the verge of tears too. When a session is so special to my client,
it becomes that special to me as well.
I will stop blabbing now and get on with the photos :)
First is the land that used to be owned by her family:

When we were finished there, we stopped by this old church. Tina remembered
dancing at this church as a kid. I could almost hear the music playing and the
childrens laughter.

and third we stopped by her granparents old place.
she as well as her grandpa, used to play in this tree as kids.

Tina and Larry, it was so nice spending the morning with you. I will be in touch soon.
