for father's day...

SERIOUSLY!!

So I am working away this morning and notice that my laptop is running
off of battery power... hm... I have it plugged in... so I try everything
possible to get it to work off of power and soon my battery starts to
run out. Just G R E A T! We have a desktop also, but it is at home and
I most defiantly do not like to edit on it. The color is not the same as
my laptop and I am not used to it so it's all whack!
I have a great friend that has agreed to fix my laptop... something about
the power thing and where it hooks into the motherboard or something.
I am sure it will be fine and in a week or so from now, won't be any
big deal but for now... as if I am not already behind and have major
Wedding Season starting this weekend!! ARG!
So please please please, be patient with me while I remain all stressed
about this until life is back to normal. Thank you so much!

Godby Family

This family is one of the sweetest families I have met. This session
was very important to them. Their two college kids were home, the last
time that they would be home together for a while. Their daughter,
Whitney, was leaving for over 2 YEARS and their son, Kelty, will be
getting married soon. For their mom, this was a very special time. The
last time that it would just be the four of them. This got me... I can
only imagine. I know how fast the time is going now. Laykin will be
going into 2nd grade. This seems as impossible to me as I am sure it
does to Becky that her kids are grown. It is moments like these, that I
am forever grateful for what I do, so blessed to know this art and more
than that, to be able to share it with others. Becky, it was an absolute
joy meeting your family. I wish you all the best.

I loved how fun and real this session was. We focused on them really
interacting as a family. I think that shows.

One thing that the kids would do when they come home is sit and play
batgamin.
