1) I am done with the snow. It is just a pain now. Not looking forward to more today.
the start:

next morning:

2) Laykin just so happened to have her BF stay the night the night that the snow started.
That was great. They woke up the next morning to snow and couldn't wait to get out in it.

3) Although I am tired of snow... I have really enjoyed being home and having time with
Laykin to just relax and cuddle.

4) I do think that Laykin is kinda getting tired of being @ home. She has made shoes...

played with moby as if her were a doll....

played her new DS...

we have played barbies...

5) I love this shirt. "I need a hug"

6) my silly girl ;) i told her to make silly faces

7) moving on to a few months ago when it was still kinda warm out...
Anne-Camille and I took a few minutes to be silly and have some fun.

8) I have to share this... MMMMM good! This is a favorite @ our house.

Dijon Ham Braid:
1/2 pkg frozen puff pastry sheets
1- 3 oz pkg cream cheese
1 tbsp milk
1tbsp dijon mustard
2 c chopped cooked ham
1 c frozen peas
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp water
poppy seeds
Heat oven to 400.
Roll out pastry into rectangle about 15x10" on a lightly powdered surface. Place on ungreased cookie sheet or stone. Make 2" cuts at 1" intercals on long sides of rectangle (to braid) Heat cream cheese, milk and mustard in 2 qt saucepan over med heat, srit constantly until smooth. Add ham and peas. Spoon mixture down center of pastry. Life pastry over filling alternating in a braiding motion from one end to the other crisscrossing. Beat egg yolk and water and brush over braid. Sprinkle with poppy sead. Baker 25 minutes or until pasrty is puffed and deep golden brown.
Mmmmmm. Let me know how it was ;)
9) I HAVE to do my year in review/list of goals for 2010!! Kinda late on that one.
10) Going to put groceries away now. Stay warm....
