laykin .vs. mud puddles

since my shoot lastnight was rescheduled do to the rain...
laykin and i decided to go make the best of it after it stopped
raining. so, she got all dressed up in her rain gear and
we headed out to find an empty parking lot with lotsa
potholes. sometimes potholes can be our friends ;)
she loved jumping and splashing and all that good
stuff... then it was dark and time to head home...
BUT~~~!!! i had a stupid moment, as laykin would say,
"i lost my mind for a minute." i had (grrring at myself) put my
keys in her pocket b/c i didnt have any. SO friggin smart.
lets put our keys in the kids pocket and then let them jump
in random potholes and see where they end up.... DUH!
wt...heck what was i thinkin? well, i wasn't APPARENTLY!
so, dark + left my cell phone @ home + no keys.... so here i am
digging through mud puddles trying to find my keys AS
it is getting very dark, very fast. i was freakin'... oh yeah, its my
ONLY set of keys... haha. i bet your laughing about now. dont lie.
i am just honest enough to share my "moments" , are you?
well, i finally found them, they still work! YES!!!! and we got some cute
lil' pics outta the whole deal.
